I have been an annual Premier Pass holder for 7 years now. I had one those passes with the picture on it.

So, today when I tried to get in the park, at the toll booth I was not allowed in. I was hold at the entrance for over 15 minutes because the system showed that new tickets were issued. This was of course not true. After this 15 minutes, I was allowed to go into the parking lot and directed to Guest Services, (The one next to the Ice Cream shop).

There I was told that they can not help me there since they did not have access to re activate my old passes. I was then sent to Guest Services at the entrance of the park. After doing a line for over 45 minutes, I was told in a VERY RUDE manner that there was nothing they can do about it, and they only way they can fix the issue was to give me a new pass. In a very sarcastic tone I was told: "You can keep your old pass as a souvenir, we don't care how long you have been a pass holder".

Really???? Is this the way you treat loyalty to your company???. I am very upset for the rude manner I was treated. I wasted over a hour to fix something that was not my fault and of course not happy at the solution.

I ask to talk to a supervisor and was told that no supervisor was on duty at the time. (Sunday 3:00 pm).

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
