Refund on tickets

Could not get in contact with an associate or person that works at the Studios. I would like to see if I could change the dates of my tickets due to a family emergency.

No response to letters or emails

I purchased 6 tickets in March 2020, due to pandemic and all the downsides to it, were unable to use the tickets that expired in Dec 2020. That was over $1500. Received no consideration of new tickets or refund. Disappointed and upset, not interested in investing anymore money to this.

Tickets paid for and didn't recieve ticket

I paid for my ticket online and declined my card but it still charged my ticket and now I need to get my order reviewed.

Is the park opened to the public

I was able to purchase tickets for Universal Studios but the day we got there we found out we can only go to one side and that was Hollywood studios and I think that the ticket shouldve stipulated that at time of purchasing you were only going to be allowed to go to that one side on the ticket it states either side and I understand the Covid and stuff like that but it should tell you that your only purchasing for that one side

Customer Service Hold Time is UNACCEPTABLE

I called today 3-26 at 5pm and it said there would be up to a 90 min wait. I was on hold for 3 HOURS before I finally hung up! I tried to email them and the "Message Us" link DID NOT WORK!

Ticket questions about buy 2 get 3 days deal

Ive tried for 5 days with hold times of up to an hour and cannot get anyone on the phone to help! We were at universal during Christmas with a buy 2 day get 3 free deal. I have some questions about the way I was charged.
