We came to universal last Monday and due to rain all the rides were closed. After waiting for 4 hours we left. We came from Maryland and could only afford to go to one park and we came there. Due to rain we only got on one ride. Please help so my Daughter will be able to return to have another chance to experience your park.

Halloween Horror Nights

How can you raise the prices on the tickets for Halloween Horror Nights just because they are selling? one week ago I could get a RIP for 199.00 two days ago its was 229.00 now its 299.00 and other nights its higher. I had planned on taking my vacation to universal but cant afford to go now. Quit ripping off us off

Exchange of a robe

We bought a robe it had *** in the collar, we retuned it. The process was easy and superfast! I called two after then receiving it back and customer service was top-notch. Kind friendly and for some reason she knew the order and told before the computer generated the information. Received my née robe that very next day! Great experience!

Lockers , got charged $10 - 3 times .

Hello, I used all free lockers yesterday and the day before i rent 1 of the lockers for less than 1 hour just to ride the harassing park one . But I have now been charged $10 3 times and should not have . Id like a refund because thats money I need .

No response to letters or emails

I purchased 6 tickets in March 2020, due to pandemic and all the downsides to it, were unable to use the tickets that expired in Dec 2020. That was over $1500. Received no consideration of new tickets or refund. Disappointed and upset, not interested in investing anymore money to this.

I was extremely satisfied with the results I received from Universal on my problem after commenting on pissed off. I was given an extension on the use of my tickets. Thank you for your assistance and I appreciate universal in their prompt action and results.

Universal Studios Orlando - Virtual Lines are stupid!
Waste of a day just standing in front of Hagrid motorbike ride trying to get a slot. The price paid to come here and just wasted because you A. Have stupid virtual line and it's not even that busy today and B. No where does it say that its timed and the employees have no clue. One said try every half hour and another in guest service says its specific times, but your website has no real information. Very upset and disappointed that I could not enjoy the park because of a job of waiting for hours for something unattainable.

Universal Studios Orlando - Bad experience
Hi, I was disappointed with my recent trip to Universal Orlando. The crowd levels seemed extremely high (we waited for over an hour for most rides), and were completely unable to enter on Sunday 11th October. I'd purchased the park-to-park option specifically so that I could ride the Hogwarts Express between parks, but only ever ended up riding it once because the line was over an hour long, all day, each day. I purchased a brand-new refill cup every day of my visit, but it turns out that I need have only paid $9.99 each day to reactivate my original cup, rather than $17 each day for a brand new cup. Nowhere at the concession stands did I see the $9.99 upgrade offer advertised. The concession stands (those that were even open) had huge lines. I waited, on average, around 10 minutes for a simple refill. Upon heading towards the exit of Islands of Adventure, at the end of a long day, I asked where I could get a refill from, and was told that all refill stations were closed, and that I'd need to pay a supplement to get a refill in City Walk. I DEFINITELY did not get good value for money on my refill cup. These concession lines were even worse at Volcano Bay, where I waited 30 minutes to get to the front of the concession stand. I also felt really let down by the virtual ordering system. We literally spent hours at the parks' restaurants due to the issues with the virtual ordering system. My phone would repeatedly display the error 'Sorry, you must be in Islands of Adventure (or Studios) to place an order at this restaurant. Please try again once you are in Islands of Adventure'. To confirm, we were ALWAYS physically sat inside the restaurant whilst placing the order, so we were most definitely in the correct location for the order. This issue happened every single day of my visit, and wasted SO MUCH precious time. We also had a ticket issue. Our names were all jumbled up (someone at guest services printed physical copies of our tickets, but messed up adult and child tickets). A cast member at Volcano Bay tried to rectify the issue, but ended up cancelling out one of my husband's 4 park days, so when we arrived at Universal Studios the following day, my husband was refused entry. We finally explained the situation (that my husband couldn't possibly have already used his 4 days when we'd only physically been inside the parks for the 3 preceding days) and the expired ticket was finally 'over-ridden' by the cast member, but then we went through the same palaver when we WALKED (no Hogwarts Express because of the excessive wait time) over to Islands of Adventure, with my husband, once again, being denied entry. All in all, we didn't feel that our visit met our high expectations, nor did we feel that we got good value for money due to the reduced park hours and lost time is restaurants/ ride lines/ concession lines/ trying to explain the ticket error to the cast members, every single day.

I called today 3-26 at 5pm and it said there would be up to a 90 min wait. I was on hold for 3 HOURS before I finally hung up! I tried to email them and the "Message Us" link DID NOT WORK!

Preferred solution: I don't want to lose out on the March 31 deadline for an extra 3 months on the pass I wanted to purchase because I couldn't buy it online.

I was able to purchase tickets for Universal Studios but the day we got there we found out we can only go to one side and that was Hollywood studios and I think that the ticket shouldve stipulated that at time of purchasing you were only going to be allowed to go to that one side on the ticket it states either side and I understand the Covid and stuff like that but it should tell you that your only purchasing for that one side
