I purchased 2, 1 day park hopper tickets along with the express pass tickets totaling $636.00 only to be handed two flimsy paper tickets that needed to be shown at each ride entrance. When I asked if they had a wrist band the lady looked at me and said "this isn't Disney, you can purchase lanyards in several locations through out the park if you want".

Am I the only person who is thinking this is crazy? $318.00 couldn't cover the cost of a 15 cent wrist band so I didn't have to worry about losing a stinking paper ticket all day long?

Shame on Universal for being so consumer clueless! Your employee pointing out you aren't Disney was a condemnation of how aware you are of your lack of service to the consumer.

Product or Service Mentioned: Universal Studios Orlando Pass.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: develop wrist bands that have the ticket info on them and make it part of the cost. A paper ticket in the hot, humid summer is just stupid!.

I didn't like: Paper ticket.

Literally every park EXCEPT Disney has a paper ticket rather than a wrist band and even Disney only got the wrist bands a few years ago. Could you whine a little more?
